Bordeaux blend from the winery of Ivy du Toit, the winemaker at Jason's Hill Private Cellar. Situated against the Slanghoek mountains in the Breedekloof valley. The 2013 Izak Reserve is rich in flavour with great aroma intensity. Packed with cherry and ripe berry flavours. Fully extracted and deep intense colour. Rich deep wine with blackberry, cassis and vanilla. This Reserve wine is a blend of all 5 Bordeaux cultivars: 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot, 19% Merlot, 19% Malbec and 12% Cabernet Franc.
