Brilliant golden straw in colour, this exquisitely complex nose exhibits elements of fresh pear, green apple, kiwi and white peach underscored by an enticing oyster shell minerality with nuances of butterscotch, clove and cinnamon. An excellent, exceedingly flavourful follow through generously unfurls crisp lemon and lime flavours onto the palate, reinforced by a succulent creamy mouthfeel which finishes long and lingering with layers of tart citrus and rich buttery complexity.
