Ormonde Vernon Basson Red Blend
Hints of vanilla, flamed cherries and earthy undertones with dark fruits, savory and toasty oak on the palate. Dry firm tannins – balanced with a full finish. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, blended and aged for a further 12 months in barrel. Food Pairing: Fillet mignon smothered in chevê cheese and caramelized onions.
