The Usana Cabernet Sauvignon was naturally fermented is a medium to full bodied wine with soft tannins. It was aged for 22 months in French oak barrels. It has a rich, ruby coloured, is soft on the palate and displays typical hints of dark berries, spice. It is a beautifully balanced wine.
