We chose this year in homeage to my grandfather. 10 barrels for this simple wine with 60% of red Grenache and 40% of Tempranillo both of them from old vines around 60 years. The barrels we chose were the ones with more fruit and only after 6 months in them. 6 French Nevers for the Grenache and 2 Hungarian and 2 American Kentucky for the Tempranillo, half new and half of esconde wine.
Then we put all this fruit in the bottle and wait ...
