MORE INFORMATION:
Olive Brook Quintette 2014 (Bordeaux style Red Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec.) Tasting note: Fragrant bouquet with ripe dark and red berries, plums and turned earth aromas, refined, detailed and extremely lively, encapsulating subtle sweet fruit impressions. The palate is sensational: understated at first and bridled with ultra-fine, precise tannins; it is a sensuous five-varietal wine blend, armed with a disarming sense of symmetry. The wine propels in the mouth towards a fabulously tensile finish that is fresh and full of energy, almost overwhelming the senses. Lavish, impressive and powerful with an endless finish.
Enjoy with poultry, roasts, stews, grilled fish, pasta and soup and cheese dishes.
Serving temperature: Serve between 15-17°C. Allow for breathing time, preferably decant.
