This Shiraz has been made from grapes picked at optimum ripeness and vinified using a combination of modern and traditional techniques. This wine is full-bodied with lovely rich berry fruit flavours and piquant pepper supported by tones of spicy smoky oak gained from aging in a combination of new French and American oak barriques. Enjoy now, but will benefit from further careful maturation.

Ideal as a glass for post prandial philosophical conversation with a bar of snappy Belgian dark chocolate. That said, it is perfect with any meat dish, whether it is a cold beef salad, something out of a casserole or off the braai. Roast Aubergines with miso and pomelo is the perfect vegetarian option.
