Vinification:
Small batch harvested according to taste and optimum ripeness from a variety of premium vineyards. Early morning harvest. Cold soaked for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks under regulated cooling for approximately 2 weeks. Lees contact of 1,5 months.
Description:
A vigorous pear and apple bouquet. The nose carries over onto the palate with hints of lime and fresh garden herbs. A clean, crisp finish.
