Dry Chenin Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

This Classic wine is smooth and delightfully uncomplicated with delicious raspberry, cherry and lightly spiced flavours. A wine with good fruit and well managed tannins. This wine was matured in French Oak Barrels for 10 months. Ageing potential 8 - 12 years from the date of vintage.
