The varietal Pinotage is a full bodied dry red wine with a mix of wild fruit, prune and young berry with toasted cedar, vanilla and gun smoke. The palate develops further a complexity of sour cherry, cola, green olives and smoke.

Delicious served with barbecued steaks, or springbok fillet.
