An intense, full bodied Cabernet with cedar, blackcurrents, dried herb de Provene and hints of cranberries and violet perfume. A well balanced wine showing sweet fruits and toasty characters. The balance between fruit, acidity and wood is good, ensuring longterm cellaring. 

This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs really well with red meat, particularly a lightly herbed grilled ribeye steak or steak salad with Gorgonzola cheese.
