The wines shows great intensity of aroma and flavor, which is typical of the great 2015 vintage. Intense aromas of bramble berries give way to notes of plum and scrub herbs. A bold entry of ripe fruit is backed up by dense, yet fine grained tannin structure that gives the palate weight while not compromising vibrancy and elegance. While delicious now this wine will only improve over time and should reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.

Savoury dishes such as roast game and winter stews match this Shiraz. Best served between 14 - 16°C with or without food.
