Dry Chenin Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Pinotage , blended with single selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz vineyard parcels. Plentiful red cherries, perfumed cigar smoke and deep layers of dark chocolate. Full bodied on the palate with soft integrated tannins for a lingering fruit driven aftertaste.

Springbok fillet, oxtail stew and most rich red meat dishes will compliment this wine.
