A close cousin of the rooibos plant, the charming aroma from the honeybush plant provides one with a delightfully sweet palette, followed by an understated spicy aftertaste. Our multi-award-winning master distiller recommends that this premium gin should best be enjoyed with a slice of lime and a sprig of rosemary.
Perfect Serve:
- 50ml African Craft Honeybush Gin
- 200ml Indian Tonic
- Glass: Collins
- Garnish: Grapefruit zest, sprig of thyme with honey syrup drops (on the thyme)
Cocktail suggestion (Honey Go Citrus):
- 50ml African Craft Honeybush Gin
- 1 bar spoon Orange Marmalade
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 12.5ml of honey syrup
- Top up with tonic
Method:
- Add gin, honey syrup, bitters and marmalade into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and shake. Single strain into Goblet glass and top up with tonic
