Full bodied delicious wine filled with Muscat aromas, fynbos, pine needles, oranges, grapefruit and spice. The palate is sweet but still fresh with a lovely balance between sweetness and acidity. PH : 2.89 RS : 114.78 TA : 8.27

Saffron infused ice cream with raspberry/blueberry fruit tart, apple pie, Camembert cheese, Corning Blue cheese and dark or white chocolate. Also pairs well with spicy foods.
