Perfect Serve: - 50ml Elderflower Gin - 200ml Indian tonic - Glass: Collins - Garnish: 2 slices of cucumber, sprig of mint, lemon zest Cocktail suggestion (Mr Hugo): - 50ml Elderflower Gin - 200ml Prosecco - 2 lime wedges - 3 cucumber slices - 2 lemon wheel slices - 1 sprig of mint Method: - Build ingredients in a Goblet glass and top up with prosecco Glass: Goblet Garnish: Cucumber slice on rim
