Perfect Serve:
- 50ml Benedict's London Dry
- 200ml Indian tonic
- 1 small dash of Angostura bitters
- Glass: Collins
- Garnish: Lime wedge, orange zest
Cocktail suggestion (Benedict Collinsworth):
- 50ml Benedict's London Dry
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- 10ml cointreau
- Top up with soda
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and shake. Single strain into Collins glass over cubed ice and top up with soda.
