Indulge in our pineapple-infused gin and escape to a tropical paradise filled with golden beaches, tranquil oceans and an endless supply of juicy pineapples. Our multi-award-winning master distiller recommends that this handcrafted gin should best be enjoyed with sliced pineapple, a wedge of lime and fresh mint.
Perfect Serve: - 50ml Chroma Pineapple Gin - 200ml Indian Tonic - Glass: Collins/Highball - Garnish: Slice of pineapple; wedge of lime and a sprig of thyme Cocktail Suggestion (Mrs Pine and Mr Basil): - 50ml Chroma Pineapple Gin - 25ml fresh lemon juice - 1 Angostura bitters - 4 to 5 pineapple chunks - 3 to 4 basil leaves - 12.5ml sugar syrup Method: - Muddle; shake and strain - Add pineapple chunks to mixing glass and muddle. Rip basil leaves and add to mixing glass. Add gin, bitters and lemon juice. Fill with ice and shake well for approximately 15 seconds. Single strain onto cubed ice. Glass: Rocks Garnish: Pineapple wedge, lemon zest
