Tasting Notes: This Mescal is expressive with clean and fresh Agave. Notes of Aloe and Melon with spicy notes of Vanilla and Cinnamon. The palate has Peppery character with a smooth and viscous texture. The finish is pleasant with notes of caramelized oats. Alcohol is noticeable in the finish, but perfectly in balance with the fruit.
Cocktail suggestion (Pineapple Pepper Margarita):
- 50ml Sicario Agave
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 25ml cointreau
- 12.5ml agave nectar
- 4 to 5 pineapple chunks
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 3 grinds of black pepper
Method:
- Add pineapple chunks to mixing glass and muddle. Next, add the remaining ingredients into the mixing glass. Fill with ice and shake well. Single strain into Rocks glass over cubed ice.

Garnish: Half pineapple slice with pepper grinds (on the slice of pineapple)
Cocktail suggestion (El Bandito):
- 50ml Sicario Agave
- 3 fresh lime wedges
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Top up with Stoney ginger beer
