This cold distilled gin was aged in a French Oak Port barrel. The amber colour is from the aging process and is true in colour. No artificial colourants was added and when adding a mixer like tonic it is a true pink gin.
Aged in a French Oak Port barrel the Hadeda is a very unique flavored gin with a true amber colour. Sweet smell on the nose of the subtle juniper berries that was softened by the French Oak port barrel, the black cardamom and wild pepper lingers in the mouth with a distant vanilla appearing as the aftertaste settles. Sipped neat on ice and any berry as garnish will give you the true taste of this barrel aged gin. Also enjoyed with a splash of any mixer of choice.
