Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

The grapes for this wine has been carefully selected by our winemakers from the most fertile slopes of the Robertson Wine Valley. Only limited volume of this wine is produced, barrel fermented and matured in new French oak for four months

This classic Chardonnay with its citrus, dried fruit notes and lingering creamy aftertaste will make the perfect companion for any fish or Thai curry dish.
