Our Sauvignon Blanc is allowed good hang time and develops an abundance of delicate fruit flavours and freshness. Oak Valley ‘Fountain of Youth’ Sauvignon Blanc expresses fruit aromas of passion fruit, white peach and litchi with a herbaceous undertone. Flavours of lime persist on the palate, and a lovely saline finish.
