Shiraz

An intensely aromatic wine with aromas of black and white pepper and hints of herbs makes the statement; Syrah. Bone dry core with lively acidity finished off the wine. It will age beautifully over a period of 4 to 6 years.

Lovely when paired with dark chocolaty desserts. Also pairs well with roasted lamb, beef stew and steaks.
