Bordeaux Blends (containing two or more of the following: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec).

Hints of vanilla, flamed cherries and earthy undertones with dark fruits, savory and toasty oak on the palate. Dry firm tannins - balanced with full finish. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, blended and aged for a further 12 months in barrel.

Fillet mignon smothered in Chevê cheese and caramelized onions.
