This vibrant wine showcases the white pepper and smoked jacket aromas we celebrate from our unique terroir. Although still young, the wine appeals with smooth mouth feel and beautiful rich dark fruit. Aged for 12 months in 2nd & 3rd fill French oak barrels with medium toast.

Juicy, chrgrilled Rib eyesteak (on the fattier side) served with Wild Mushroom and cream sauce.
