Berries, cloves, spice and toasty oak dominate the nose, complemented with savoury, liquorice and deep red berry flavours on the palate. Firm tannins with a very balanced, smooth palate. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrel, blended and aged for a further 12 months in barrel.
