This wine is a true reflection of the Swartland terroir. The Swartland is pre-dominantly a dry land bush vine area. Small berries with concentrated flavour. Intense dark red with a ruby red rim. The dark colour and concentration is typical of the Swartland area. Initial abundance of black fruit which leads to a juicy middle with soft tannins and ends in a lingering after taste.

This well structured wine will be the perfect match with red meat, game, stew or lamb shank
