Dry Blanc de Noir and Rosé (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Salmon pink colour. The nose is tropical with hints of cranberry. The wine is crisp on the entry but rounded in the mid palate with an explosion of red berry flavours on the finish. A delicate and dry rose' to accompany you on hot summers days.

Mildly dressed salads, but Ideally with fish (salmon, trout, crayfish, bouillabaisse) or cooked ham.
