Nose: Woody, fresh bark, mulch, countered by fresh lemon and gentle note of spice. Taste: Earthy, rounded, full bodied. Initial woody-fungus notes develop into lingering warm notes on side of palate. Marries wonderfully with quality tonics and excellent on the rocks. Finish: Full, warm and satisfying
