Botanicals: Lead botanical is the spikey Wild Cucumber that grows wild in Mountain Bushveld areas from South of the Magaliesberg into Malawi. Blue-green when immature and brilliant speckled red orange when ripe, with a bright green seed body. Nose: Rain-fresh, and green. Herbaceous notes are ’foresty’, complex and beautifully balanced with subtle florals from sweet-scented wild buddleja. Taste: Fresh green notes are rounded with florals and edge of pepper for definition. Finish: Layered, complex flavours develop progressively on different parts of the palate – Fresh but full finish.
