Bordeaux Blends (containing two or more of the following: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec).

Our cab-led Bordeaux blend shows ripe intensity of top vintage. This very dark purple in colour bordeaux have ripe notes of blackberry and plum with touches of green pepper on the nose, it is finely tuned with a noble structured palate along with silky fruit and lingering smokey tobacco character. Each grape variety is selected by our winemaker and vinified and matured for 12 months separately. Thereafter the different varieties are blended together and matured again in the cellar for a further year in 300-liter French oak barrels with another two years in the bottle prior to release.

Great with wild game, soft cheese, cured meat and hearty beef dishes.
