The 1707 range is only released when the vintage is of the requisite high standard. This elegant wine is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. With the emphasis on fruit, an abundance of red berry complements the classic wood-spice flavours on the nose. This wine pairs well with Red meat dishes like well matured rump & bigger game meat dishes.
