Bordeaux Blends (containing two or more of the following: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec).

Dark coloured, ripe pums and raspberry aromas with crushed black pepper, cardamom and hints of spicy oak on the nose. Intense blackcurrent fruit on the palate, complex with well integrated ripe tannins.

Great with wild game, soft cheese, cured meat and hearty beef dishes.
