This wine stands out in terms of finesse and balance, with well-judged use of oak, moderate ripeness and alcohol, refreshing natural acidity and firm but supple tannins. The Stellenbosch Classic is medium to full bodied, with concentrated notes of berries, fynbos and cedar wood.

With notes of dried herbs, firm tannins and concentrated fruit, the Stellenbosch Classic is an ideal pairing for a rack of lamb.
