Cassia fistula, known as the Golden Shower or Golden rain tree, with its cascading yellow flowers announcing the beginning of summer. So is the bright characteristics of this wine with its fullness and freshness. With a beautiful balance between citrus notes and minerality, it has a crisp finish and long mouthfeel. SERVED: Serve between 12 – 15°C. A favorable companion to a wide range of cuisine like smoked bacon and walnut pasta or butternut, saffron and sage tartlets.
