Wine made of selected grapes from the Northern Cape, double distilled in a copper pot still and aged in oak barrels for a minimum period of 3 years. Blended with care results in complex dried apricot and citrus aromas, enhanced by subtle banana, litchi and raspberry flavours. Complex and balanced with a smooth lingering aftertaste of fruit.
This brandy is exceptional on its own but pairs very well with dark chocolate. Biltong also compliments the flavours well.
