This unique premium spirit is distilled from a blend of cold skin contact fermented Chenin blanc, Chardonnay , Grenache Blanc and Viognier. The spirit is composed of two different elements - a Single pass potstilled component distilled to drinking strength , which delivers surprising body and aroma , and a double potstilled component which brings finesse and fine aroma. Although the product is not aged , it spends at least 6 months resting or "reposado" in tank to improve texture. The techniques involved are a modification of the methods used in Peru and Chile , where it is the national drink of both countries. It creates a spirit of immense smoothness with an explosion of floral aroma and taste.
