Bergamot orange is a unique orange originating from italy and planted on the fourth generation Bergsoom farm in Citrusdal. Hand harvested, peeled and dried these oranges, alongside African Wormwood, Lemon grass Juniper, Coriander and Orris root, with a total of 18 botanicals. You get the flavour of the Bergamot with the freshness of lemon grass and complexity from juniper and wormwood in the gin.
