Westcliff Copper Distilled has 14 botanicals, a combination of Traditional and Contemporary plants. Some sourced from the Faraday Muthi Market in JHB CBD. Key flavours: Piney, Juniper and soft green florals Nose: Soft Pine followed by Green Botanicals Palate: Juniper, Citrus and a slight sweetness.

This Gin pairs well with softer Indian Tonic Waters such as Fevertree or BArker & Quinn. Combined with fresh blueberries and a sprig of Thyme. Food pairing with this Gin is easy but the perfect match is light Tapas.
