The medium bodied red blend with the following notes:
Plums and traces of cherry with a subtle smokiness dominates the nose. A juicy palate with notes of dark chocolate and loads of soft tannin gives the wine a broad mouth feel and a lingering after taste.
The best food pairing for the red wine would be a combination of game fillets accompanied with side dishes for example: black rice salad and rosemary potatoes or a cold platter with smoked meats and savory pastry.
