Shiraz

A very interesting wine. Beautiful and complex nose with dark fruits, clove and spice aromas. The taste is incredibly fresh for a red wine and the tannins are perfectly integrated in the wine.

Very versatile. Can match with a carpaccio, a piece of beef, or even lamb.
