Shiraz

Nose: Just a little reserved but with hidden power showing beautiful violets, blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with a hint of white pepper and spice. Palate: Perfectly balanced spiced plum and berry fruit with lovely ripe tannin's. Velvety mouth feel, complex structure and a long savory finish.

Drinks beautifully on it's own, but also pairs really well with grilled lamb or beef stew.
