Light to medium bodied, fruity Chardonnay.
Fresh citrus and butterscotch on the nose, with buttery oak, wood and citrus on the palate.
Fermented in French and Hungarian Oak, matured on the lees for 5 months.
This creamy Chardonnay will pair well with shrimp, crayfish or crab. As well as subtly flavoured poultry dishes.
