Gin

Mystique is full and round with some freshness. Mystique calls up early mornings with hot Koffiehuis coffee and aniseed rusks. Ian says it is a family of sparrows chattering in the bluegum tree with the sun just starting to peek over the Bobbejaansberg. The gin is juniper driven with hints of citrus and floral notes. Herbal notes are accentuated by the Wild Karoo botanicals which also adds a wonderful mouth feel and finish.
