Pinotage

Medium bodied Pinotage. Dark red in colour, Blackberry and cassis on the nose with a hint of banana. Rich ripe plum, caramel flavours with a lingering aftertaste.

An obviously perfect steak partner. Also accompanies meaty lasagnes and mediterranean ingredients like aubergines, chili or smokey meats, venison and dark leafy greens.
