Deep crimson colour. Whiffs of cedar on the nose. Plums and ripe Mulberries on the palate. Velvety mouth feel, with sturdy rounded tannins and a long lasting finish.
Rack or shank of lamb, roast beef on the bone, or filet mignon with peppercorn red wine sauce.
