Gin

Juniper forward with fresh zesty citrus notes which follows through to the palate, this gin is ideal as a refresher on a hot summers day, be it as a sipping gin served neat with a large block of ice, or as a G&T with a good Indian tonic water and zest of orange. It is also delicious with food, especially seafood. The citrus in the gin also makes it a perfect complement to any citrus type dessert, for example a moist Spanish Orange cake with crème fraiche. The orange in the gin and cake complement each other perfectly.
