Dry Blanc de Noir and Rosé (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

2020 is the maiden vintage for Rosé on Groot Phesantekraal. Pinotage was selected for the typical strawberry and raspberry fruit profile it brings to the wine. Lively pink hue in the glass, with an invitingly smooth entry on the palate.

To be enjoyed ice-cold on its own, or as a partner to canapés, smoked salmon and duck.
