Off-dry/Medium dry/Semi-dry White Varieties or Blends (up to 18g/l sugar) (Specify Varietal or blend)

Whole berries were de-stemmed. Only free running juice was used. The wine had 4 hours skin contact. After dry fermentation, the wine was racked, filtered and bottled. A delightful summer quaffer with a well-rounded mouth feel. Full of flavour, yet light and easy-drinking with a fresh and crisp finish.

Ideal with seafood and lightly spiced meats.
