TASTING NOTES Appearance Clear, light pale golden yellow Aroma Buttery vanilla oak & delicate juniper with fresh perfumed floral notes, with the addition of passionfruit, grapefruit & bitter orange. Taste Soft mouth feel. Elegant juniper, creamy zesty orange & sweet vanilla cream, passionfruit and light buttery oak. Aftertaste Long lasting round finish with lingering fruity citrus notes, such as grapefruit & orange and a medley of juniper floral spice and a mild white pepper finish.

The Brave would be an excellent choice of aperitif enjoyed with biltong, nuts and canapés. It also pairs very well with the following; Antipasto, Cured meats, Bruschetta, Cucumber Sandwiches, Prawn or Shrimp, Mussels, Dumplings, Strong Cheese, Tarts with goats cheese, asparagus and peas, Chorizo and Shrimp Quesadillas with Smoky Guacamole. The Brave can be enjoyed on the rocks, with a mixer or in a cocktail.
